If you ask me what my best professional achievement is so far, I'll immediately tell you about that time in 2019, when I had the privilege and honour to organise, coordinate and moderate (in Portuguese) a conference at the EU Parliament in the occasion of Dilma Rousseff. She was there to promote former Brazilian president Lula Da Silva liberation from jail (then proven to be an illegal practice afterwards) and I felt we were doing something valuable for way more people than I could imagine. So yes, my main professional achievement actually came from volunteer activity. Today, we continue connecting Belgian and Brazilian movements, universities and activists to go forward and build a better and happier future, together.
